Ingredients
Stew
• 2 rabbits (divided in 8-10 pieces each)
• 4 small-medium onions
• 250g of mushrooms
• 1 portion of speck
• 2 sprigs of rosemary
• 800ml chicken stock
• 2 bottles of extra stout or porter
• plain flour
• knob of butter
• olive oil
• salt
• pepper
Dumplings
• 400g self-raising• 200g butter (cubed)• 2 or 3 sprigs fresh oregano• milk
