Colt figures it won't take long to track her down, but quickly discovers that Kendra is only one of several women who have vanished in the past year. After stumbling across an FBI investigation into the disappearances, Colt learns the women have been taken for a far darker purpose.
When yet another woman disappears, Colt must decide if she's willing to give up her carefully laid plans and dive into a rescue mission. She's flying in unfamiliar territory, and without Navy backup. She's used to hunting people through the skies, not the suburbs.

Arleigh Jacobs first saw the TV show JAG when she was twelve-years-old, and promptly fell in love. F-14 Tomcats became her obsession, and her dream was to become a fighter pilot. Her biggest heartbreak was learning that the Royal Australian Air Force fleet did not include the Tomcat. Her second heartbreak came when she discovered she didn’t have the stomach for excessive gravitational forces. She now writes about fighter pilots instead of being one, although she still dreams of one day flying in an F-14.
