Jenny first caught the sewing bug at a young age, when she and her sister spent summers at their grandmother’s house while their parents were at work. “My grandmother, Ona Claire, had a sewing closest that was just magical!” she smiles. “I remember opening it up and finding all the costumes she had made over the years for Halloween, and the dress-up clothes and ball gowns she had designed for her own children. I’ll never forget running my hands along the sequins of the gowns and wondering how anyone can turn something so sparkly into something so beautiful.
