Game Cookery

As a business, we started knocking out game roasts in a decent London pub, The Fat Walrus, in Lewisham, at the end of last year. It was different, but we enjoyed the challenge of adapting our menus and providing game to the mainstream, hardcore Sunday roasters.

We were pleased with its success, but what I really loved about visiting south London was a lovely little Jamaican jerk shop around the corner from the pub.
