OBJECTIVE
My main goal is to contribute to any talent pool, with the intention of helping to make the company brand and work environment stronger. I have been empowered by so many of my past co-workers, and I aim to channel that to better myself (both as a creative and a person of character) and hopefully, in turn, empower others.
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
Production Assistant
Creation (from concept development to execution) of singletitle tunes in, multi-title attributes and image spots, and long forms that contain specific messaging that is on brand, with the purpose of compelling and navigating viewers of certain demographics toward a specific movie, channel, campaign, or stunt. Conceptualize, write, and pitch ideas for different interstitials and campaigns (both existing and new) Brainstorming of creative ideas. Lead teams in campaign promotion. Establish, communicate and maintain schedules and timelines to hit (often very tight) deadlines. Work closely with creative directors, video and audio editors, and graphic designers, combining all skill sets for the best outcome of the interstitial on a timely basis. Communicate with other staff members to maintain consistency of materials. Provide creative and organizational support for creative team. Trained and mentored production assistants and interns in regards to procedures, equipment and software. Pre-production and research duties for shoots and productions. Assisted with various duties on set for leading producers. Direction on set, in edit sessions, and to supporting staff (such as designers and editors). Conducted Interviews for Starz Denver Film Festival.

Administrative Assistant
Preformed administrative duties that required intense attention to detail. Performed industry and market research with the purpose of spreadsheets creation with complimentary charts and graphs to determine and support title purchase decisions and negotiations. Title screening and selection (for acquisitions) based on a specific demographic and technical standard. Wrote movie synopsis on monthly basis. September 2003-July 2005
