Pain Management
1. NSAID - Diclofenac (Tab 50mg, IM inj 75 mg) 2. Mild Opioid - Tramadol (50 100mg IM) 3. Strong Opioid - Pethidine (25mg IV)

1. Admission - fever - vomiting 2. Surgery - anuria - infection - intractable pain
