MAP Benchmark Assessment Collaborative Meetings

In order to meet those needs we are very data driven and conduct a number of benchmark assessments throughout the year. The MAP Benchmark assessments are used to determine the areas of strengths and need for growth of each student. After each benchmark assessment teachers are responsible for disaggregating the data and creating an instructional plan for each student. Test data shows that your child ____________________________ tested proficient in 1 or more of the areas he or she was tested in for Reading, Language Usage, Math and/or Science. In Prince Georges County Imagine Schools we believe in partnering with parents to provide each student a world-class education. With that being said, your presence is requested at a meeting to further discuss the test results and strategies for even more improvement. This is not a typical parent/teacher conference in which will discuss additional matters. Please be advised that your son/daughter will be a part of this meeting.
