Nicole Pooler,
AAF -Syracuse.
P.O. Box 6048,
Syracuse, NY 13217
Dear Ms. Pooler,

I am writing to you in regards to AAF- Syracuse’s open invoice below (and attached):

Invoice# D-050811
Amount: $3,000.00
Dated: May 15, 2008

Despite several attempts to collect the outstanding amount due to Cvent, we have not yet received
your payment. The invoice in question corresponds to the legally binding agreement (attached) signed
by AAF- Syracuse on January 5, 2005 for the services of Events, online registration and data analysis
toolset located at www.cvent.com. It clearly outlines a 4 year term from February 1, 2005 through
January 31, 2009.

Our pricing is based on the number of registrants committed annually and the length of term of the
agreement. Much of Cvent’s cost is essentially incurred upfront and is, to some extent, independent
from your usage. As Cvent honors its commitment to pay its vendors, we, in turn, expect by AAF-
Syracuse to abide by the written contract and fulfill its financial obligations.

We acknowledge the receipt of $2000.00 towards the set-up and maintenance fee of year 1, year 2,
year 3 and year 4 of your contract. However you are also liable to pay $3,000 towards the unused
guaranteed registrations for year 1, year 2, and year 3 of the contract. Besides you are also liable to
pay $1000 towards the guaranteed registrations of year 4 of your contract.

Our account receivables’ policy requires that invoices more than 60-days overdue be forwarded over to
Legal and Collections. Unfortunately, this will be the case unless we receive the total outstanding
payment of $4,000.00 in full before COB January 16, 2009. Although Cvent has experience in enforcing
its contracts with successful results in the few cases where it has been proven necessary; we hope that
such action will not be required. .

I am hoping that we can settle this matter to everyone’s satisfaction and look forward to hearing from
you. I can be reached at (571) 830-2308 or via email at billing@cvent.com if you have any questions.

Kind Regards,

Nicholas Kaliya
