EBRO RIVER

Bigger river in Spain. Power point Attached.

EUROPEAN DAY OF THE PARKS 75 studens of the school made a trip to the park by tram so to celebrate the European Day of Parks. There they planted some trees supplied by council and some flowers and made some environmental activities like a stroll through the park so to learn the flore and fauna, making papper buttuflies etc The day ended with a picnic prepared by our pupils of catering management.

WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY 15 of our pupils participed in a deawing competition organized by Carrefour Solidaritu for disabled people in the Water Park of Zaragoza. The theme of the competition was about environmental issues and the little to grow in the diversity 4 of our students were awarded with a photo camera.

WORLD WATER DAY We made a power point about the cycle of water and about the mains sources to obtain waters. We made an excursion to the water Park and a visit to the Fluvial Acuarium. 82 students participated in this activity.

OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIVITIES EXCURSION TO ALQUEZAR Alquezar is a small village in the PrePyrenee. Some of our pupils made a trek by the side of Alcanadre River studying the flora and fauna of the place.

CAMINO DE SANTIAGO 12 students of our school made for 5 days the aragoneese part of Camino de Santiago with 2 teachers on an average of 24 kms a day and sleeping in the refuges of the camino. They head to wash their dresser, to prepared their meals.

ECOLOGICAL MEALS the group of cathering management has prepared an exologic meal every week out show it the other students and teachers. Furthermore parents of some of our grants inmigrants pupils prepared meals of their native country in intercultural program. have

ANIMALS CARE Every week a group of 6-7 students go to installations that our association has 25 km form Zaragoza to feed, brush, caressing, petting etc the horses, poneys, goats and other animals we have.
