Ditto On The 1st (DOT1) is your PRIMARY way of ordering products and building a profitable business. DOT1 simplifies the ordering process
- anyone can do it (a good thing in a duplication business). DOT1 is based on edibles which is “ANYWAY” money that even college kids are
spending. Everyone on the team is profitable because everyone is eating and drinking and creating points. DOT1 creates repeat, predictable vol-
ume in everyone’s business and is the foundation for solid passive income. The volume comes in on the first of every month, so it allows teams
to work towards PV goals the entire month. Duplication begins with you - your example now will pave the way for your future success.

Qualifying Interview (QI) Flow Chart
Q.I. Transcript
WARM UP. Some very quick small talk to put them at ease and build quick report. Who they are, who you are. Maybe some “FORM”…
Family, Occupation, Recreation, Money. Ask them about their work background to start with an interview posture.
SET AT EASE. Here’s what my intentions are, I would like to schedule a time for you to (attend a workshop or...) meet the guys who are
spearheading this project. BUT, before I can do that we would need to connect on at least two of the four concepts they teach. If we don’t
connect on these concepts, it’s over, and there’s no point to move on to next step. Let me emphasize that this is information only: you
can’t sign, buy or begin anything today. In fact I’ve only got, (Look at your watch) 15 minutes so I won’t have time to answer questions. I
have several other interviews this week because we’re looking to fill 3 slots on our business team right away.
BRING OUT THE QI TRIFOLD. “Let me give you 10,000 ft. view of the business.” Let them see the front cover and tell them our busi-
ness is called,“I-Commerce.” And this is a simple qualifying interview to determine if there is mutual interest. I talk to them about meeting
Brad and Kim, and edify them as Senior partners who are spearheading this project. Remember to not let them hold the brochure. It’s
yours.
I-Commerce is the convergence of three of the most influencial trends in business. The Internet… You know about. Distribution… You
only have to say the word, “Wal Mart,” right? They don’t make anything (except money!) Franchising… 40% of all retail! We are called
a “Personal Franchise,” since it does not take a gazillion dollars and a store-front to make money! “I want to let you know in advance: I
think you will be excited about the details! We’ll get you more information on this providing you and I can connect on 2 of the following 4
major concepts.
INCOME OPTIONS: Mention Kiyosaki “These are the two general income options: Active and Passive. And within those, four ways to
make money, ESBI. Earning an ACTIVE income as an Employee or Small Business owner/Self-Employed means that you exchange your
time for money. You stop working, your income stops working. Both good because you are making progress in that area. But there is
a ceiling to them. The left side depends on your personal effort. You can only work so hard, for so long before you say, It’s not worth
it anymore.” Small business owners/Self-employed can make a lot as long as they work very hard at it. Either working it, or managing
it. PASSIVE is how most people create financial freedom. INVESTING can work, but it takes a lot of money to make money. Business
system… The principles of this quadrant is what we teach our business owners. It’s where you have a business system that works for
you, whether you are there or not. I’m excited about this! It creates a unique combination of time and money. If you move on after this
interview, provided we connect today, I think you’ll get excited about this, too!
SUPPORT/SUPPLY. (Ray Kroc / McDonalds) SUPPORT: He didn’t invent McDonalds, he didn’t invent franchising, didn’t invent the
BigMac, shake, fries. His claim to fame was the business format franchise (BFF). Here’s what he realized, that ambitious people coming
into the business world were ignorant about how to succeed. But those who had succeeded had some answers about their success called
‘experience’ What’s the best teacher? Experience… other people’s. Would you rather burn your hand on hot stove, (ouch, hot!) or watch
your little brother do it? He developed a shortcut for his new store owners that almost guaranteed their success. It was a Support System,
and a reliable Supplier (Golden State Foods).
Kroc family $2-3 million/day. Powerful. More money than most people make in a lifetime!
Just like the McDonalds Franchise, we have a similar arrangement, We have a SUPPORT SYSTEM of training and experience and we have a
reliable SUPPLIER of products and delivery. I’ll explain the supplier in a second over here (The Company We Keep).
Our system is obviously not how to run a restaurant, rather we teach our business owners, how to create wealth in the Information Age
through a home-managed i-commerce business.
ECONOMICS OF DISTRIBUTION. Here’s the traditional flow of a product from the producer to the consumer….
Each of the middlemen mark it up, and the price goes way up by the time it gets into our hands. Here’s what’s happening now: Compa-
nies want to put their products on the Internet because it’s more profitable and convenient for everybody… that’s where every company
is going. But they need someone to help them move their products online. And they are willing to share revenue with someone who can
do that well. And THAT’S what we do.
THE COMPANY WE KEEP. Circuit City, Barnes & Noble, OfficeDepot, BassPro Shops, plus about 1,000 more. Imagine in your mind
an online WalMart or Costco… now triple it! We have over million SKU numbers. When I saw the caliber of these companies, I figured
if THEY found this worthwhile, there must be something to it! The bottom line is we do business with companies that pay us the most
money (Office Max vs Office Depot example). Here’s why I say that. As you know, Michael Jordon has professionally endorsed the Nike
brand over his career. Let’s say Nike offered to pay him 50 million to do it. If Reebok would have offered him 60 million he would be
known as the Reebok guy today.
REVENUE SHARING. Here are the two income projects. The first is…
Phase I: 12 – 18 months: approx $50k year
Phase II: 24 – 60 months: $100k - $500k year
Emphasize the ONGOING nature to this income and point to the dollar figures and say something like, “Joe, this is the main reason we
are meeting together right now, either you see something here for you or you don’t.
CLOSE THE INTERVIEW. “Of the concepts we covered, which two did you connected with the most?” For example, If their response
is: “The companies, and the Phase I revenue sharing.” Your response could be, “Joe, can you level with me, when you complete Phase I
revenue / $50k year,
what changes for you?”
IF A CONNECTION IS MADE, schedule them into the next open meeting (home or online meeting).
IF ‘NO CONNECT’ is made you can ask them for a referral, or simply hand them your business card and wish them luck in their endeavors.
Recognition For Your Efforts

In addition to the Quixtar® compensation plan that begins with the

‘Performance Bonus Chart’, your team partners will recognize you for
other activities and accomplishments you achieve. The four recogni-
tion points below encourage IBOs to take action in their business,
develop strong habits, train others, and structure a profitable business.
