rrelser som utfrs i lugn takt, med syfte att strka kroppens
kraftstation, dvs musklerna i buken, lndryggen, ste och
lr. (55 min).
POWERYOGA - En dynamisk yogaklass dr vi trnar
rrlighet, smidighet, balans och styrka till lugn och
avkopplande musik (75 min).
BODYBALANCE - en blandning av Tai Chi, Yoga och
Pilates/Core.
CARDIO STEP Fartfyllt konditionspass med medelsvra
stegkombinationer p brda (55 minuter).
