    Procedure: 1. Charge DI water with propeller mixing, add remainder of phase I and heat to 80*C. 2. In a side container, combine ingredients of phase II while mixing. Heat to 80*C. 3. Add phase III to phase II with mixing. Allow to fully incorporate into phase (about 10 mins). 4. Add side beaker to main. Homogenize for 1-2 mins. 5. Force cool. 6. At 50*C or below, in a side beaker, slurry phase IV and add to main. 7. Adjust pH to 4.0-5.0.
