    1. LOI/BCL not more than 3 days
    2. Seller issues FCO
    3. Buyer signs, and sends back FCO
    4. Seller sends draft contract
    5. Buyer signs and returns with L/C text
    6. Buyer opens non-operative L/C with SWIFT copy to seller
    7. Seller puts 2% PB to activate buyer’s non-operative L/C
    8. Shipment begins as per contract agreement.
