JAKARTA - Gubernur DKI Jakarta Fauzi Bowo kembali mengeluarkan kartu gratis wajib belajar 12 tahun kepada siswa

SMK Negeri 37 Jakarta. Kartu itu dibagikan pada Jumat usai upacara peringatan poklamasi kemerdekaan RI di Jakarta. Kartu gratis itu berlaku sebagai kartu pelajar gritis baru yang menggantikan kartu gratis yang sudah diserahkan secara simbolis kepada siswa SMKN 13, Palmerah, Rabu (1/8/12) lalu. Kartu pelajar baru yang merupakan kartu gratis wajib belajar 12 tahun itu sengaja diganti untuk menghindari klaim yang juga kabarnya akan dikeluarkan pasangan Joko Widodo-Ahok dengan nama kartu sehat dan pintar . Makanya kartu baru ini tertulis "Dicanangkan oleh Gubernur Provinsi DKI Jakarta DR. Ing. H. Fauzi Bowo pada Hardiknas 2012." Penggantian kartu pelajar ini menyusul pemberitahuan pihak SMKN 37 dua minggu sebelumnya tentang pembebasan biaya SPP. Dan itu dimulai sejak Fauzi Bowo secara simbolis menyerahkan kartu tersebut pada siswa SMKN 13. Seperti yang tertera di kartu pelajar baru, Program Gratis Wajib Belajar 12 dicanangkan Gubernur DKI pada peringatan Hari Pendidikan Nasional 2 Mei, tiga bulan sebelum pembebasan biaya SPP diberlakukan. Fauzi Bowo kepada pers mengatakan, tak ada kartu lain selain kartu yang dikeluarkan gubernur DKI Jakarta. "Kalau ada nama lain di kartu itu berarti palsu! Jadi, jangan dilihat kartunya, melainkan programnya. Pemprov DKI tidak hanya menitikberatkan pada siswa, tapi juga fasilitas pendidikan termasuk gaji guru di DKI, kata Fauzi Bowo. Fauzi juga menyatakan pihaknya perlu menyampaikan disampaikan, kalau ada ada orang lain berjanji akan membuat program pendidikan gratis, itu sudah tidak perlu lagi, karena di DKI Jakata sudah berjalan. Pada kesempatan terrpisah, Gebernur Fauzi Bowo dengan tegas menolak tantangan pasangan Jokowi-Ahok yang mengajak Fauzi Bowo nyemplun di Kali Ciliwung. Calon gubernur 20122017 dengan nomor urut 1 ini mengatakan dirinyanya hanya ingin melakukan hal-hal bermanfaat bagi warga Jakarta. "Saya lakukan hal-hal yang bermanfaat bagi warga Jakarta, soal tantangan Pak Jokowi, saya senyum saja. Cukup ya," ucap Fauzi sambil tersenyum, saat ditemui di Ancol, Jakarta, Senin (20/8/2012). Menurut Fauzi Bowo, sebagai manusia ciptaan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, ia semata hanya ingin melakukan pengabdian kepada sesama manusia dan alam sekitar. Karena itu, tantangan Jokowi untuk nyemplung Ciliwung, enggan dia tanggapi karena hal itu tak ada gunanya. Sebelumnya Cagub DKI Jakarta Jokowi sempat melontarkan tantangan kepada Fauzi Bowo. Hal tersebut karena ia merasa pasangan Cagub Fauzi Bowo-Nachrowi Ramli meniru strategi kampanyenya. Karena kesal, Jokowi pun menantang Fauzi Bowo-Nachrowi Ramli nyemplung ke kali Ciliwung usai Lebaran nanti.

"Kayaknya perlu saya mencemplung ke kali Ciliwung. Ya nyemplung sekalian, nyebur ke kali. Tidak apa-apa, paling badan gatal-gatal sehari. Nah apakah sana akan berani nyemplung juga," kata Jokowi dengan nada menantang, Sabtu (18/8/2012) kemarin. Fauzi mengatakan dengan tegas tak maiu meladeni tantangan Jokowi tersebut. Kenapa? Karena Fauzi mengaku tidak ada manfaatnya bagi warga Jakarta. Saya mau yang bermanfaat bagi warga saja, katanya. (rir)
