Check and turn on all the sound system switch(es) which is(are) needed Prepare what you are going to say before you start announcing Open your announcement with salam Check Ishlahul Lughoh first so you wont make any grammar mistake Speak your words continuously, without any stutter or pause. Speak

clearly and politely. 6. You are only allowed to announce in masjid IF AND ONLY IF there is no

jamaah or people who are about to start a new jamaah, if you urgently need to announce then do it in wakamad office. 7. You may repeat your announcement once IF there is no announcer queue or

the queue is short enough 8. Close your announcement with salam or move the microphone to the next

announcer if there is announcer queue after you. 9. You dont need to open and close the announcement with salam if you are

doing continuous announcement, just open with words next announcement e.g. To All Members Male members female members board members members from X grade committees of Y

officials of Z Nth graders Please come to / Please gather at/ Please gather in Right now / Tomorrow after / Right at ... pm (12h format) / Right at oclock (24h format) / Tonight Dont forget to / Please bring .. Our meeting is cancelled / Our meeting is postponed until luthfi wake up.
