The latest CC licensed blog community developed by Netease, one of Chinas big 4 portals. Another big try made by Netease, after its cc-licensed Open Course Project. Just after put into public, LOFTER attracts the attention of many creators. We firmly believer its development prospective. LOFTER encourages users to create & publish original works in their space. Original works will be covered by CC license, including pictures, text, music and video etc.

Current problems need to be addressed

Our arts promotional program has positive influences for artists creation regarding the sharing concept we advocated for years. Many artists are very happy to engaged in. But attentions paid for CC-licensed works dont sound higher than those non CC-licensed works, why does this happen? Some work-sharing websites place more restriction on. Under this condition, sharing tends to be more exclusive. We dont have a purely sharing & communication website for art works. Its not easy to get funding for NGOs like us, who devotes on the promotion of cultural & arts sharing activities. This dose affect our future program.
