What is scale of miminum fees?

The fees payable to the Architects which shall be computed as a percentage of the project works as on completion.

What kind of services that Architects are paid for?

a) Basic services - schematic design phase - design development phase - contract documentation phase - contract implementation & management phase - final completion phase b) Supplementary Services - services not included in the Basic Services as to supplement the basic services

c) Additional Services Advisory services, survey & investigation, planning & development, financial advisory, exceptional nego & protracted involvement services, project management consultancy, miscellaneous

Percentage of payment for basic services

- Schematic design phase 15% - Design development phase 30% - Contract Documentation phase 25% - Contract Implementation & Management Phase 25% - Final Completion phase 5%

Other Payments
Reimbursable - preparation: printing, reproducing documents, drawings, maps and other records. - for sending telegrams, fax, phone calls. - for postage and courier - travelling and accommodation
