    Handing over procedure: Following have to be produced for the handing over procedure: 1. Letter of completion to the client.

    2. Handing over form. Re. 1. A short time before the completion, a letter of completion shall be produced, informing the client about when the project is finished and ready for final inspection. Re. 2. the handing over procedure is described in the constructing Architects Manual, page 238 to 241.
