Please kindly read carefully the information set out below:
Please note that the completion and submission of a Request Form does not create a legally binding agreement with MATCH Hospitality. Sales are confirmed once a Proposal issued by MATCH Hospitality has been signed by you and counter-signed by MATCH Hospitality in accordance with the Hospitality Sales Regulations. The sale and use of Hospitality Packages are subject to the Hospitality Sales Regulations, the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil General Ticketing Terms and Conditions, the Stadium Code of Conduct and the Product Description. For all Hospitality Packages purchased between 01 June 2012 and 31 May 2013 will be due and payable in three (3) instalments: (i) (ii) thirty percent (30%) being due and payable within fifteen (15) days of the date on which the applicable invoice is issued by MATCH Hospitality; thirty percent (30%) being due and payable on or before 30 June 2013; and

(iii) forty percent (40%) being due and payable on or before 01 January 2014. For Hospitality Packages purchased after 31 May 2013, different payment terms will apply, details of which are set out in the Hospitality Sales Regulations. MATCH Hospitality reserves the right to cancel any agreement for the purchase of Hospitality Packages where payment has not been received in full when due. Previously paid instalments will, in such circumstances, be non-refundable. Any VAT and/or other consumption or applicable local tax, fees or dues will be reflected in the Proposal and the Invoices.
