    As per our discussion on storage kt Discussing about symmetrix management console Smc having the options sym arrays,device groups,hostgroups,thinpools,masking views. In that vmax environment 28 masking views are there Masking view contains port group,initiator group,storage group Thin pools are fc thin pools .raid level for vmax is raid 6

    For performance monitoring system performance analyzer is available in smc i.e spa 7070 From smc host groups option we can find the host which are having tier-1 storage,if we want to see all hosts at once then go to the inventory option Discussed about time finder bcv devices querying and verifying with time finder commands
