Verification of the above mentioned Item has included: Design verification Fabrication procedures review / approval. Inspection during fabrication, witness testing of fabricated Structure/component. Endorsement of fabrication and installation records / reports. 1. Design, as-built and other technical documents prepared / complied by Alpha ECC and their Vendors / Subcontractors. 2.
