    Performance 1. Shows politeness, kindness and thoughtfulness toward the public/clientele in manner of speech and actions. 2. Employees integrate concern for people at work, office clientele, and supervisor-subordinate relationship into work situation. 3. Observed behavior of coming to the office on time or to be present at work to complete assigned responsibilities. 4. Starts action, projects and performs assigned tasks without being told and under minimal supervision. 5. The employees shows proper manner of guiding, influencing, motivating and developing confidence of subordinates to work as a term and accomplish tasks. 6. Leads the organizational unit to achieve its goals and objectives enthusiastically. 7.
