JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF PARENTAGE

We, the undersigned affiants, spouses EDUARDO DANGCALAN RAMOS and LUZVIMINDA SASUTUNA GONZALEZ-RAMOS, both of legal ages, Filipino citizens, married to each other, and residents of Brgy. Mojon, Liliw, Laguna, after having been sworn in accordance with law hereby depose and state, that 1. We are the parents of SALVACION GONZALEZ RAMOS who was born on 16 December 1971, in Tagbak, Libon, Albay; which was our former place of residence before we moved to Brgy. Mojon, Liliw, Laguna more than twenty-five years ago. We were not able to register the birth of our said daughter, SALVACION GONZALEZ RAMOS after her birth because of the disorderly and violent conditions in Libon, Albay at that time. It was also a time when we were busy trying to find business and opportunities in other places, so we forgot to register the birth of our daughter. We execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements; to cause the late registration of the birth of our daughter SALVACION GONZALEZ RAMOS; and for any other lawful purpose/s this may serve.
