I had earlier two assistants to do the accounts work and able to do The responsible work for the branch and ever since Mr. victor jebaraj Left the organization and the entire work falls under my responsibility And the other assistant not showing any interest to shoulder the responsibility due to very low remuneration for his work that put up More than 18 yrs service and morally I could not expect/compel him to Do the work. Due to the above circumstances I am sitting every day up to 8.30p.m Since all work 85% data base and even filing of papers etc, becomes To do independently and no co-operation from the staff including sales dept. As a family man I could not get excuse every day with my family members For everyday late reaching to residence. Present circumstances leads To frustration and discouraging one and I have no job satisfaction and Losing interest day-by-day. Hence I request you to recruit one person In the place of Mr. victor jebaraj. I fear that all necessary reports and Statutory matters may get delayed due to the above reasons and do not blame me and expect things to be done in a time frame.
