The major components of raw material base in the oil industry of Russia and other oil-producing countries are the
reserves of heavy oils. According to experts showed, what the total volume of heavy oil resources in the world estimated at
810 billion tons, five times more than low and medium viscosities oils, amounting to only 162,3 billion tons. Russia reserves
of heavy oil and bituminous oils is the third largest in the world. High resource potential of this type of hydrocarbon causes
have been given to pay more attention to the oil companies. In recent years, in the Russia and foreign countries, the
question is brewing about its processing. We offer new approaches to the development of deep oil refining processes, which
stimulates the development of Russias energy strategy.

The action of depressant and ultrasonic radiation on highly viscous oil is considered. The analysis of the rheological
properties of oil is performed, the change of freezing temperature and dynamic viscosity after the complex exposure is
studied. It is shown that for oil with a high content of tar use of integrated effects depressant and ultrasound is the most
effective.

In this article forecasting of a condition of the main gas pipeline for definition of scenarios of an exit from emergency
