    Included in the package was the proposed letter we want to send out to the landowners for the groundwater monitoring program...and maps showing the selected landowners that we propose for requesting monitoring permission. I am not sure this can wait until you retum....but maybe. I will try to get a hold of Randy later today and discuss this with him. Let me know if you want/need to be a part of this. Thanks. Sorry to bother you on your vacation. Hope you are having a good time!
