IVR Code Shortcut

To view the Provider IVR code from the WO Details, simply press the Alt key along with k (i.e.: Alt+K). A Dialog box similar to that shown below will appear. This enhancement is helpful to back-office personnel who support connected service providers using the Check-In/Check-Out IVR to verify arrival and record on-site time. Simply pressing the shortcut will show the IVR code which was previously on visible from the providers WorkTrack instance.

Compliance Info Button

A new Compliance Info Button has been added for convenience to the Vendor Invoice sub tab of the Work Order details. Pressing this button brings up a dialog as appears in Figure 3.

The info dialog displays: 1. The NTE amount 2. The total on-site time which is the sum of all check-n/check-out pairs 3. The current verification value and verification comments Now this information is displayed in an easy to access dialog that saves users from having to click in to other tabs to find this information.

New Reporting Fields available on the WO Details Wizard Report

These fields are very helpful to anyone writing reports about vendor compliance.

"Total On-Site Time"

This is the sum total of all time recorded between WO Start and Pauses or Completion.

CURRENT verification values

These four fields display the current verification values as opposed to the existing fields which, when there has been a history of more than one value, can create duplicate records when used in the WO Details Wizard report. See figure below.
