2. The parts imported shall be used for the purpose of Mfg. of WIND OPERATED ELECTRICITY
GENERATORS.

In the event of our failure to comply with the conditions mentioned above, We shall be liable to pay amount equal to the difference between the duty payable With applicable interest on the said imported goods but for the exemption contained in the notification and that already paid at the time of importation.
