    Tie ups with companies and educational institute for regular passes . Tie ups to have busses for people of those areas where metro reach is not there (Rio). Since it has as a revenue sharing with Municipal it can have one ways or other essential requirement for metros benefit. Combined bus passes with metro passes(London & many others). Wifi facility to commuters in association with service providers for advertisement (NY,London). Events collaboration (London,NY). Since Pune has IPL so special train for IPL venues. Noise reduction in metro for comfort (Delhi metro) More facilities and amenities inside metro stations like various recharge,ATMs (Shanghai). Shortening transfers (Beijing)

    Develop Additional Resources


    Leasing out of unused resources mostly the 1st floor is only used(Delhi). Hoardings and Visual displays for advertisement. Food courts and stalls inside metro. Books ,CDs, other small gift item shops. Currency exchange centers inside major metro stations connecting to airport. Leasing out stations and trains for film shoots during vacant times. Selling tickets to big events like IPL and others. Selling of small items of tourist interest.

    Develop Additional Resources


    Advertisement on travel card. Space for promotional activities like film, brand or product. Tie ups with food franchisees and multiplexes to buy their tickets using metro coupons to earn commission. Relaxation ,Gym and meditation centers for people who has idle time. Consultancy earnings by landing consultancy to upcoming metros in other cities. On the wifi we will have people buying from specific ecommerce sites and earn commission. Music download centers like from itunes.

    Collaborate with electricity and water supply companies to ensure smooth power supply at competitive costs. Additional boogies on busy lines and busy times. By having less bogies in off peak hours. Implement TQM practices to reduce training cost of employees making everyone responsible. Combining in advertisement to reduce advertisement cost. By being more environment conscious we can save on carbon credit and thereby selling it.
