Inspection (1) Thyroidectomy scar (2) Goitre / Enlargement (3) Patient swallows sip of water (4) Protrude tongue - Thyroglossal duct cyst From back (5) Cervical / Supraclavicular lymph nodes (6) Thyroid - Size, Mobility, Texture (smooth/ nodular), Tender From front (7) Thyroid (8) Tracheal deviation (9) Pembertons sign - Cyanosis; Congestion; Distended veins (SVC obstruction) (10) Percuss manubrium for dullness retrosternal extension (11) Thyroid Bruit

Palpate
