This group has been founded in 1988 and its business area is resources, logistics, energy and agro based commodities. And its headquarters in Ahmedabad.

Education: They have started the education sector since its inception. With the
multiple programs in collaboration with the Sarva Siksha Abhiyan(SSA) of Govt. of India to achieve the universalization elementary education in a time bond manner, to make India as a free and compulsory education to the children of 6-14 age group , a fundamental right. For this they have open the various schools and institutes like: Adani DAV School Adani vidya mandir Education grant schemes Rural education drive.

Health: Health is the primary objective of the adani foundation. And to improve this
they have, initiatives with the mobile clinics, counseling sessions, and health camps for the betterment of the community. And up till now they have: Setting and managing mobile dispensaries in Mundra- Kutch and Shimla districts. These dispensaries treat an average of 3000 patients every month. Organizing general health camps. Organizing specialist health camps, gynaec, ENT, etc. Setting up stationery health clinics in villages.

Livelihood: They have a vision to improve the quality of life of communities in works
with. With an objective of overall development of the people of the region by providing proper skills based training which is mainly for the agriculture and animal husbandry and they also develop the skills of an individual and group income generation activities and village institution development.
