concern that we have been facing for the past 50 years, is the development of a nuclear program to generate electricity. We dont want to use the oil supply because we prefer to sell it abroad, to provide fuel for medical reactors. Since we hold the worlds largest second gas reserves and the worlds fourth largest oil reserves, this decision has been made for peaceful purposes. We also intend to export part of the electricity produced by nuclear reactors to our regional neighbors, as a way of expanding our mainly oil-based economy. However, we have received accusations from the West and Israel saying that our nuclear energy program is for military purposes. According to Mohammad Ali Jafari, the commander of the Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, "If Israel military aggresses against sovereignty and independence of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the country will use its right, established under international law which clearly establishes the right to defend its sovereignty by all lawful means available to it. Moreover, if such aggression is penetrated, the United Nations will be obliged to repulse such an aggression towards its sovereign member". The suspicion and disbelief from Israel breaks the connection of serenity and integrity between our countries. There has already been numerous inspections conducted by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) but there hasnt been any evidence of nuclear activity occurring in our country.

This has affected our economy tremendously by causing a 40% drop in the value of the Iranian currency. The hatred from the West continues as we have also received cyber attacks on our computer systems from the United States. Stuxnet, a cyberweapon developed by Israel and the US has demolished nearly 1000 of the 5000 centrifuges that were used for purifying uranium. Over the past years, our country has been planning to produce 20 percent of enriched uranium as a reactor that produces medical isotopes. Suspicion arose from the West saying that it would be used to form the core of an atomic bomb. Nevertheless, atomic weapons actually require 90 percent of enriched uranium. The head of Irans Atomic Energy Organization has said, If we ever need uranium reached higher than 20 percent we would first communicate this need to the International Atomic Energy Association. Therefore, the assumptions of developing nuclear weapons from Israel and the West are unnecessary. In order to preserve peace within all the Arab countries, this endless situation must come to an end due to the bitterness that has continued to arise between Iran and Israel over the years. Iran hopes to gain the rights to develop our nuclear program for peaceful purposes. The main opposition would be Israel, who has only brought dishonor to our brotherhood and involves the West with the affairs that occur in the region. Therefore, support
