INSTALLATION
1. Setup an application context on your application server to host a web applica
tion. For assistance with setting up a web application, refer to note 1220561:

2. Copy the contents of the add_custom_event sample folder into your web applica
tion's context root.
3. Launch the index.html file in a browser window
