CONCLUSION

Determination of human resource or manpower requirements is one of the most important problems in human resource or manpower planning. Manpower planning g is concerned with the determination of requirements of manpower for the organization both in terms of quantity and quality . The qualitative aspect deals with determining the total amount of work to be done in a particular period of time and the total number of people required to do the job. But the type of people to be employed for doping the work comes under qualitative requirements . the process by which qualitative requirements are determined is known as job analysis. Thus, job analysis serves as a very important role in developing any organization and it also very essential for an HR manager as it helps in various process like training, recruitment , selection etc, so an HR manager must have full knowledge about the tools and techniques for making a job effective and he must take unbiased decisions which will help the manager as well as the workers in performing their effectively.
