BACKGROUND
SAP is the number one vendor of business application software. SAP Systems are becoming extremely important to an efficient Business operation. This is a great opportunity to conduct a seminar talking about Business Process improvement with SAP. SAP Business Excellence Seminar 2011 is organized by Students from Binus University. The Seminar has two objectives. The first objectives is to share knowledge, experiences and thoughts on Business Process using different perspective and to learn best practice of SAP to enhance current Business Process. To achieve our primary objectives, we will invite speakers who are Business professionals Qualified in analyzing business process and implementation using SAP Products. We aim to showcase at least 5 Top Businesses in Indonesia which has implemented SAP to all their business units to share how SAP can improve their business process. We will also invite lecturers from Binus University and Business practitioners as members for the seminar. SAP Business Excellence Seminar 2011 is designed to provide an educational platform for current students of Binus university in analyzing business requirements and furthering their perspective about Business process using SAP. The speakers will share their experience with the Binusians about the dos and donts of Business process improvement. This event has also become an annual large-scale Seminar. It has helped to strengthen the networking among current students and alumni of Binus University with Top Business Company in Indonesia.
