Primary Data: . Primary data are those which are collected afresh and for the 1st time thus happen to be original in character

Secondary Data:
. Secondary data are those which have been collected by some one else and which already passed through the statistical process.

. Definition:Use of a questionnaire to gather facts, opinions, and attitudes . The survey is the most popular tool for gathering primary data
