Abstrak

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dalam Pemilihan Pimpinan DPRD Kabupaten Semarang secara manual, dirasa sangatlah kurang untuk memenuhi tuntutan proses pemilihan saat ini. Dengan mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan, maka hasil yang didapat menjadi lebih maksimal. Penggunaan sistem pendukung keputusan secara terkomputerisasi selain dapat mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan juga dapat membantu mengolah data secara lebih akurat dan tepat guna. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Pimpinan DPRD Kabupaten Semarang dengan Metode Fuzzy AHP dibangun untuk membantu mendapatkan pimpinan pejabat dari calon yang ada dengan nilai tertinggi. Untuk membandingkan masing-masing calon digunakan tujuh kriteria sebagai alat perbandingan yaitu intelegensia, kepribadian, sikap, fisik, teknis, manajerial, dan hasil pemilu. Pada penelitian ini, metode Fuzzy AHP digunakan untuk proses perhitungan skor masing-masing calon.Proses penyelesaian metode Fuzzy AHP adalah menentukan prioritas lokal, menentukan prioritas global, defuzzifikasi, dan penormalan. Pilihan kandidat terbaik menunjukkan bahwa subyektifitas kriteria sangat diperhatikan dalam proses pemilihan pejabat struktural dengan mengunakan Fuzzy AHP. The manual Decision Support System in the Election Leadership Semarang Regency, felt very less to meet the demands of the current electoral process. With speed up decision-making process, the results will be optimal. The use of a computerized decision support system in addition to speed up decision-making process can also help to process data more accurate and efficient. Leadership Election Decision Support System Semarang Regency with Fuzzy AHP method developed to help the official leadership of the existing candidates with the highest score. To compare each candidate, we used seven criterias as a means of comparison of intelligence, personality, attitude, physical, technical, managerial, and the election results. In this study, the fuzzy AHP method is used for the calculation of the score of each settlement calon.Proses Fuzzy AHP method is to determine local priorities, set global priorities, defuzzyfication, and the normalitation. The best candidates choosen shows that the subjectivity of the criteria is considered in the process of selecting officials by using Fuzzy AHP structural.
