LABORATRY: First company received raw materials from the wholesaler and checked materials by quality officer, if any problem in the material than company rejects materials and sent back to supplier. STORAGE After checked raw materials no use all materials in one time so extra materials are kept in storage. Company has a large place for store bulk materials. In this step company fry all types of fraiems and namkeen in frying pan. Company has latest machinery for it process. OIL EXTRACTOR: After fry a product if more oil in the nankeen, than these all is product sent into this machine. In this machine extra oil is removed. WORKING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT

Working capital is use for day-to-day expense. Cash, current assets, bills receivable, debtors are example of working capital. Generally the term refers to that part of capital which is not tied up in fixed assets. Working capital is also known as current capital, circulating capital. This type of capital is used to make payment for tea-coffee expense, wages, salary, etc. in sort working capital satisfy daily expense of business activity.

SUGGESTION
In todays world no body perfect. During the training I was noted some below point which is not suitable for company. So I am giving some suggestion for company.
Company has to give an instruction about the regularly visited to retailer to agent.
According to my suggestion if company gives a more advertisement in the television, papers, etc than may be possible increase a sale.
