e-cigre?

The library lists CIGRE publications dated 1968 and later. As a general rule, older publications are not: it is necessary to contact the Central Office, if interested in, at publications@cigre.org

Available publications: Technical Brochures are comprehensive technical reports produced by Study Committees; Reports from WG or TF are shorter publications; Session Papers discussed at CIGRE Sessions; ELECTRA papers: - Executive Summaries of Technical Brochures, - Reports from WGs, - Invited papers which are produced outside the working Bodies of CIGRE.
Sets of papers from Sessions or Symposia (paper back or CD); Set 30 years of ELECTRAs. 2. Which formats for the publications? Most of the publications are available in paper format. Main exceptions are the sets of papers on CD. Recent publications are usually also available in digital: All Technical Brochures are available in digital, Session papers from 1996 on and ELECTRA papers after 2000 as well; Sets of papers from recent Sessions and Symposia are on CDs. 3. Who can get the publications and how? Digital documents are available for members only. They can download them free of charge; Other formats (Papers, CDs) are accessible to members or non members: - They have to be ordered from the Central Office of CIGRE, and paid for to the Central Office; - Delivery is against payment, price for members is half the price for non members. 4. Pricing policy (for paperback items) Price of Technical Brochures will depend on the actual cost of edition; To take into account the time spent on search, expedition, accounting process, the price for Session papers and ELECTRA reports is 25 per publication, for members; Price for members is half the price for non members; Displayed prices are prices excluding taxes. 5. Intellectual ownership of CIGRE publications; CIGRE liability Intellectual ownership of publications is with CIGRE and copy is restricted to personal use only; CIGRE does not accept any responsibility or liability as to accuracy or exhaustiveness of its publications.
