AKC-01A / AKC-03A Ar Akm Koruma Rlesi; motorlar ve sistemleri ar akma kar korumak iin tasarlanmtr. Bir akm ayar (Iset) ve iki gecikme ayarna (balama ve bekleme) sahiptir. Balama (start) gecikmesi, motor kalk (demeraj) akm nedeniyle oluabilecek hatal amalar nlemek amacyla gelitirilmitir. AKC-01A / AKC-03A motor veya koruduu sistemin akmn ler ve bu llen akm deeri ayarlanan akmn (Iset) zerindeyse motoru veya koruduu sistemi devreden karmak iin kullanlr. Akm Iset deerinin altnda ise k rlesi ekili (ON) konumdadr. ayet akm Iset deerinin zerinde bir deere ularsa ayarlanabilir bir bekleme gecikmesi sonunda rle brakr (OFF) ve bal olduu motoru veya sistemi devreden karr. Aadaki grafiklerde bu durumlar aklanmtr. Akm deeri Iset deerini atnda, motor veya sistemin kalk (start) akm etkisi ile hatal amas 1-6 sn ayarl balama (start) gecikmesi ile nlenir.

AKC-01A /AKC-03A Over Current Monitoring Devices are designed to protect motors and systems against over current with a current adjustment and two delay adjustments (start-up and tripping). Start-up delay is developed in order to prevent false contact turn-off arising from initial motor start-up (demurrage) currents.

AKC-01A device measures the current of motor or protected systems and are utilized to turn-off the motor or protected systems when measured current is above the adjusted level. When the current value is lower than Iset value, the output relay is switched on. When the current value becomes higher than Iset value, the output relay is switched off after an adjustable tripping delay time and the motor or protected system is turned off. Please see following figures. For circumstances that the current value becomes higher than Iset value, start-up delay (adjustable: 1-6 sec. ) is developed in order to prevent false contact turn-off arising from initial motor start-up currents.

According to Table 1
If you use AKC-03 device 2-20A interval, CT-25 current transformator must be encircled with 3 turns of the cable that current flows. At that time, I set scale takes the values below. 1,5x=2A, 3x=4A, 6x=8A, 9x=12A, 12x=16A, 15x=20A

AKC-03A / AKC-03D is only used with CT-25 current transformer. In order to reach the solution; CT-25 current transformer must be used with turn numbers in the current intervals as in the table.
