Procedures for lesson: -TSW complete their Planet report.

Procedures for lesson: -TTW provide a quick review for the students.

-TSW cut out their Planet Book. -After the students have assembled their book, the teacher and students will read about each planet. -TSW then color the planet the color that it is described in the booklet. -TSW then choose their favorite planet. -TSW start their Planet Report -TSW will record their information in their science journals. Assessments: The students will be assessed based on their Planet books and Planet Report.

-The teacher and class will Read Lesson 6 together. -The teacher and class will work page 386 together and put the planets in order by days. TTW incorporate a Math Lesson into the days each planet takes to orbit the Sun. TSW put the planets in order from least to greatest. -TSW record their information in their science journals. Assessments: The students will be evaluated based on their Science journals and planet reports.

planets in order from the Sun. -TSW will color and glue their planets on a black sheet of construction paper with a Sun. -TSW label and glue their chart in their science journal.

individually. -TSW then plan a rough draft of a trip they would like to take to outer space! (where would they go, who would they take, what would they do and see) -TSW play sticky study ball as a review for their test.

-TSW take their chapter test. -TSW then work in their science journals on the final draft of their trip to outer space.

Assessments: The students will be assessed based on the Order of their planets.

Assessments: Students will be evaluated based on their chapter 12 review and rough draft of their writing response.
