The purpose of the team contract is to develop a statement of the team's purpose and the duties/ roles of each team member including how leadership functions will be carried out. Therefore code of conduct of our project indicates the standard of behavior expected of a member of our group. It is a formal statement of the values and ethical standards that guide each and every individuals of our team. To ensure that Team members interactions are effective and efficient, a code of conduct is outlined. Members should ensure that they adhere to the following:

Code of conduct:
Team members have to demonstrate a commitment by working cooperatively and in good faith to move towards its goals and respecting the principles and objectives Team members have demonstrate respect for other members by: respecting their values and interests, avoiding inflammatory language, listening to others without interrupting, and being punctual. Have to ensure honest and open communication and the timely sharing of information or concerns relevant for the project. Ensure appropriate communication with external audiences that i.e. the HR personals from respective organizations. Team members will need to work flexibly, support each other, and value each others opinions and strengths. Members have to perform the duties with professionalism, objectivity, honesty, integrity and compassion. Members have to avoid real or perceived conflicts of interest. Members have to commit to the goals of team and Perform assigned tasks completely, accurately, on time. Members have to Respect the contributions of others in the team. One member has to assist other when needed. Members have to actively participate in team deliberations and focus on problems not people or personalities.
