    The DDC Engineering Bulletins are to be used as a guide by qualified personnel. The DDC Engineering Bulletins were written as general guidelines for diesel engines but apply specifically for Detroit Diesel Products like S 60 and two stroke engines. The DDC Engineering Bulletins may contain information that is not relevant to all MTU-diesel engines. The MTU application instructions and guidelines for the MTU engines such as Series 4000, 2000 and the Mercedes-Benz products are found in the engine specific Application and Installation manuals. If conflicting information exists between the MTU engine specific Application and Installation manuals and the DDC Engineering Bulletins then the MTU engine specific Application and Installation manual is to be followed.
