After you fill these forms, print them, and go to the embassy with the following documents (All of them in English): 1. A Valid Passport 2. Application Checklist 3. Application form Bar Code page 4. Family Information page 5. A document that you are working in the university 6. A bank statement for you father or mother (not your bank statement) preferably has more than 30,000 LE !!! 7. A document that certifies that your father or mother is working in a company or anywhere. (I wrote this document on my computer and printed it, then my father went to his work and have it certified) 8. A Police Clearance (Feesh w Tashbeeh) this document is the only one in Arabic. 9. If you are married, there are additional documents that must be also filled. 10. A copy of your Admission letter and your funding letter.

11.Two photographs 12.Fees Thats it, you dont have to reserve any appointment with the embassy, just go on Sunday till Wednesday from 8:00am till 11am with your documents, they will just check your papers, but TAKE CARE that they will take your passport for about 1 or 1.5 month till they return it back to you with the visa, so if you have any arrangements in this period to go to any conference, go to the embassy after you return home, or just dont go to the conference.
