PRESENTACIN

El dominio del Idioma INGLES constituye en la actualidad, una herramienta fundamental que amplia el horizonte cultural del ser humano, permitiendo a la vez, dar a conocer nuestra propia cultura a personas que habitan en otras latitudes. Por esta razn, es sumamente importante que los estudiantes se inicie en el aprendizaje de este idioma desde lo bsico; con el fin de que vayan adquiriendo, de manera gradual, progresiva y amena, las estructuras fundamentales competencia comunicativa en esta lengua extranjera. para el desarrollo de la

INTRODUCCIN
La gua de Ingls I, esta creada para la enseanza del Ingls como segunda lengua. Su objetivo fundamental es que los estudiantes adquieran las competencias lingsticas necesaria para comunicarse en el Idioma. La gua esta organizada en cuatro competencias a travs de las cuales se presenta, de manera gradual y progresiva, el vocabulario y las estructuras bsicas dentro de situaciones comunicativas que se adecan a la edad, a las experiencias y a los intereses de los estudiantes de este nivel educativo. Las actividades propuestas y la secuencia en que se presentan, estn orientadas hacia el desarrollo de las cuatro destrezas bsicas en el aprendizaje de una lengua: comprensin oral, expresin oral, comprensin escrita y expresin escrita. Con el fin de facilitar la retencin de los aspectos lingsticos presentados a travs de dilogos, ilustraciones, lecturas, etc., se ha considerado conveniente incluir al final de la gua, resumen gramatical y ejercicios

Hugo Rafael Chvez Fras Biography

Chvez was born on July 28, 1954 in the town of Sabaneta, Barinas. He is the second son of two schoolteachers, Hugo de los Reyes Chvez and Elena Fras de Chvez. As the leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Chvez promotes a political doctrine of democratic socialism, Latin American integration, and anti-imperialism. He is also a critic United States foreign policy. Chvez founded the Fifth Republic Movement. He was elected President in 1998 with a campaign centering on promises of aiding Venezuela's poor majority, and was reelected in 2000 and in 2006. Democratically, Chvez has maintained nation wide Bolivarian Missions, whose goals are to combat disease, illiteracy, malnutrition, poverty, and other social ills.
