Bikes and equipment donated are the result of Mayor Spano's and the Yonkers Police Department's bike drive launched in October 2012.     TO NEPPERHAN COMMUNITY CENTER Over One Dozen Bikes to Be Donated and Used by Children of the Nepperhan Community Center
    Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano along with Yonkers Police Department will present over a dozen bikes collected from Mayor Mikes Youth Bike Drive to the Nepperhan Community Center Tuesday, May 28 at 3:00PM at 342 Warburton Ave. Bikes and equipment donated are the result of Mayor Spanos and the Yonkers Police Department Community Affairs Divisions bike drive launched in October 2012. Residents have been encouraged to donate bikes, helmets, locks and other safety equipment to the YPDs Community Affairs Division to be distributed to local children and teens. Local businesses, such as REI at Ridge Hill, also have contributed, which donated its time and services to refurbish the bikes. ***Interviews & Photo Opps***
