    Sub: Request for addressing the problems faced by the aircel mobile customers of certain locations due to switching off mobile towers during night time.

    Sir, I, customer of your aircel mobile service, would like to place some of the problems faced by the customers of your aircel mobile service at locations of Yumnam Huidrom and Thiyam Leisangkhong , Wangoi-PS, Imphal West District . Aircel signals at these locations are not available beginning from 10 pm. to 05.30am of next morning every day. This causes many inconveniences to the customers when emergency contact is required. Not only this 3G service is also not available at these locations. So kindly address these problems at the earliest otherwise, the customers may opt for other networks which provide 24 hour service at these locations.
