The majority of the field trip form is complete; however, one or two minor items may need to be completed. Location is realistic, age appropriate, and affordable. Student provides an explanation as to how the field trip will be introduced to the children; however, this explanation may need more detail to show how it will be introduced in a way that is relevant and meaningful to the children. Three learning objectives are provided; however, they may need minor revisions in their wording to be more specific and measurable. Parental duties may not be clearly defined. A list of three things that could go wrong may be provided; however, how these issues are to be addressed may need to be more clearly defined.

Parents who are attending have been identified and their assigned duties are clearly defined. Student has worked with a partner to brainstorm a list of at least three things that could go wrong on the field trip and has addressed how to resolve these issues in the activity evaluation
