    These magnetic heads are used in 1-inch high floppy drives for 3.5-inch oppy disks. This design has lowered costs without sacricing head characteristics. Existing heads can be replaced without oppy disk drive modication. FEATURES Sliding characteristics have been carefully considered, resulting in placement of sliders on both sides of the headpiece. Track shape has been simplied while maintaining the same track characteristics. Small slider size increases the degree of freedom of head carriage design. SHAPES AND DIMENSIONS
