CASE 3 A young female patient, 12 years old, was diagnosed of Mild Myopia ODS; based on these findings : History: Blurry vision on both eyes, especially if she needs to see in a distance ( far sight ). It occurred since the past 2 years. Red eyes (-), tearing (-), discharge (-), photofobia (-), pain (-), foreign body sensation (-), systemic diseases (-), history of using spectacles (-). There is a history in the family of using spectacles, and her brother is currently using (+) spherical glasses.
